Dr. Ella Cao founded Research4Youth to help young people develop authentic research skills through hands-on projects and thoughtful guidance.
Research story
Ella is originally from China and now based in Penang, Malaysia. She received her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction in 2025. Before her PhD journey, she worked as a book editor for a renowned academic publishing company in Shanghai.
Her first academic publication began with a master’s course assignment at East China Normal University. Today, she publishes her own research, reviews SSCI-indexed manuscripts, and has supported postgraduate students in thesis writing and journal publication.
